We are seeking the heart of our office!! Full of energy, a highly organized, proactive and reliable Office Manager and HR Admin to join our team to oversee the smooth operation of our office and HR admin and welfare activity
The role involves managing office administration end to end, supporting management team in administrative issues, coordinating travel, ensuring employee welfare, and be employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations & Administration responsibilities, You will be acting as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, such as: Oversee daily office and performing receptionist duties, Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment kitchen orders, stationery, operations and administrative tasks, Coordinate travel arrangements (including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for employees and guests) , Maintain and manage office documentation, Greet visitors , manage incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel, Liaise with office suppliers and vendors, Purchase office supplies and equipment and Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- HR Support and Administration: You will be acting as the “right hand” of head of HR and responsible for activities such as: Lead employee welfare activities and initiatives (i.e.: Organizing company and holidays events, employee life cycle event presents, that policies are up to date , Participate in HR projects), Prepare and manage attendance, Managing records and issuing reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies., Expense reimbursement reports for payroll cycles . Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, mange employees data base and issuing related reports , Assist in the hiring process as needed, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management and HR administration
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills – a self- driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Working level English written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
