Product Marketing Manager- Temporary

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketplace Team. We're looking for a strategic professional to partner across teams in driving product success through key marketplace touchpoints.

This role will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance product engagement, increase feature adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value through a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.

The position is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new features and products, including research, messaging, communication plans, and success metrics.
• Design and execute product adoption programs; develop onboarding flows, feature education campaigns, and engagement strategies to help users realize maximum value from our platform.
• Lead user segmentation and persona development; create tailored value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with different buyer segments across their journey.
• Be the voice of users; synthesize feedback from research, market insights, and product usage data to influence product development and optimize the user experience.
• Own the end-to-end buyer journey strategy; develop and implement targeted initiatives for each lifecycle stage to drive user growth and retention.
• Ensure internal teams understand our users, products, and value proposition to effectively support the entire customer lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• Experience creating GTM strategies for new products and features and executing relevant marketing campaigns and activities.
• Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
• Familiarity with data system concepts, databases, BI, Usability tests, and market research.
• Experience working and successfully collaborating with multiple internal partners, including product, design, content, customer success, brand, business owners, and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English – Advanced, proficient at a high level
