Job Description:
- Providing user support and managing a DOMAIN environment
- Managing permissions in Active Directory and Exchange- troubleshooting Windows operating systems and more.
- Joining a young and professional team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk support specialist or Network Administrator (military experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with permission management in Active Directory (AD).
- Diagnosing and resolving network issues.
- Configuring network drives and end-user devices.
- Troubleshooting printer and scanner issues.
- Providing support and resolving cloud email issues.
- Assisting in the mobile device lab as needed.
