Sales team manager – Cybersecurity Industry JB-3993

A rapidly growing and innovative cybersecurity company is looking for a Sales Team Manager. The company specializes in cyber breaches, fraud, and cybersecurity incidents, working with international clients, primarily in the U.S. market.

The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Developing business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Enhancing sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.

Collaborating with company leadership to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Location: Tel Aviv

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 16:00–23:30 (part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the team grows).

Proven experience managing a sales team (at least 1 year), specifically in international markets.

Fluent English – native level or full professional proficiency is a must.

Experience in phone-based sales, such as insurance or financial services.

Strong advantage for experience in the U.S. market.

Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional languages are a plus.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
