Senior Product Designer

We're based in Tel Aviv, and we work in the office 4 days a week (1 day from home)

What You’ll Do

* Take full ownership of the Product design and UX/UI process, leading the entire lifecycle from strategy to execution, for both web and mobile platforms as the sole designer in the company.

* Design user-facing products and tackle complex internal systems with elegant, scalable solutions.

* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to align design goals with business objectives.

* Develop and maintain a cohesive design strategy and ensure consistency across the platform.

* Educate stakeholders on UX/UI best practices to drive seamless customer journeys and strong user engagement.

* Innovate and refine our design standards while solving complex product challenges.

Requirements

* 5 years of experience in UX/UI and product design for digital products, ideally in a B2C context.

* A strong portfolio showcasing user-facing designs, problem-solving abilities, and a pixel-perfect approach.

* Broad understanding of usability principles, user experience, and maintaining design systems.

* Proven experience owning and executing complex design projects from start to finish.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset for working across teams.

* A passion for designing intuitive products that delight users and meet business goals.
