We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing global IT team and support IT activities, provide services to employees, and be involved in planning and implementing IT projects.

What will you do:

• Install and troubleshoot end-user equipment, software, hardware, and multimedia
• Respond to requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system (remote support and on-site)
• Provide assistance, coordination, and follow-up on client questions and problems
• Redirect issues to the appropriate resource
• Write documents and procedures in English (Knowledge of writing working procedures is required)
• Investigate local endpoints issues and provide solutions
• Identify situations requiring urgent attention
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  
  

• 2-3 Years of experience in Hi-tech companies
• Strong desire to learn and progress in the IT field
• Having experience writing user manuals and procedures
• High customer orientation skills and communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment
• Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, and servers).
• Experience in troubleshooting both Windows & MacOS environments.
• Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment
• Fluent in Hebrew & English
