Job Description

Aseel is currently looking for Business Development Associates to join its business development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an impactful technology company that is changing the way international development and humanitarian work is done. The Business Development Associate is going to be part of a team that brings onwards important partnerships and deals (B2B) that will enable both the Do Good (Humanitarian) and Buy Good (Handmade) platforms to excel.

Responsibilities

• Research: background research on relevant partners, country overview, economic development etc.
• Proposal Development: outreach, data gathering, content research, budgeting, responses, proposals
• Supports the Business Development team through application generation and general Business Development outputs.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organisations.
• Provides support to the Business Development Lead whenever needed.
• Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to Aseel.
• Engages in Aseel representation and finding and pursuing Business development opportunities of interest to Aseel.
• Scheduling meetings, meeting minutes, external coordination.
• Supports Aseel overall growth team when appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
