Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: Technical management, supervision and control of industrial production & supply chain processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Creating internal forecast & planning infrastructure (IT, commercial)
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets, timescales and schedules with suppliers and managers
• Overseeing technological transfer and production processes
• Establish process flow for release & supply all components (pharma, devices, laboratories, packaging materials etc.)
• Managing inventory
• Working closely with various CMO's (Pharma & Devices)
• Lead project multidisciplinary team (development, regulatory, operation, quality etc.)
  
  

• B.S. degree, preferably in a scientific or technical engineering discipline or related work experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficiency with PC computer and Microsoft Office software.
• Technical knowledge and skills.
• Fluent in English reading and writing.
• Project management skills.

• Communication & Teamworking skills.
• May require traveling abroad.
