We are looking for a Frontend Lead to join our fantastic team!

Job Description:

Be a key part of a new team, leading and defining the future of frontend development in Cyera. This team focuses on developing and refining tools that improve our engineering teams' productivity and code quality.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of projects from concept to production, managing all aspects, including technical design, RFC processes, and implementation.
• Create and maintain essential tools used by Cyera’s frontend developers to speed up development and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Write clean, efficient code with a focus on comprehensive test coverage.
• Innovate with new technologies and enhance existing systems, concentrating on performance optimization, code design, production testing, and more—working on our Design System, bundlers, frontend libraries, E2E frameworks, and other infrastructure tools.
• Work with cutting-edge full-stack technology while staying up-to-date with the latest standards and best practices.
• Collaborate within a highly skilled infrastructure team.
• Partner with engineers across the organization to understand their challenges and build platform features that directly address those needs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a deep understanding of front-end development best practices.
• Demonstrated experience as a TypeScript/JavaScript developer passionate about improving the developer experience and exploring new technologies.
• Experienced with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue) and build tools (e.g., Babel, Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Parcel).
• Ambition to stay on the latest technology trends and apply them effectively within a team environment.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
