Customer Relationship Manager - Real Estate

A leading non-banking credit company is seeking a Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager for a dynamic, high-impact role. This position is responsible for managing client portfolios, driving business growth, and overseeing real estate financing projects. In addition, the role includes leading a small team (2-3 employees), managing credit portfolios, and building strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a professional team of 2-3 employees.
• Oversee client portfolios and provide financial support for real estate financing transactions.
• Acquire new clients and nurture strong relationships with existing ones, including on-site support for construction projects.
• Lead legal negotiations and manage ongoing business processes with clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, credit, and operations departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking, real estate financing, insurance companies, or non-banking financial institutions.
• In-depth understanding of real estate financing and credit processes.
• Experience working with developers, contractors, and financial institutions.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to lead complex transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
