We're looking for a dynamic User Acquisition Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll manage our experienced team of marketers, driving impactful campaigns and implementing innovative strategies to achieve our objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of user acquisition managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and ROI.
• Oversee campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social, and affiliate networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, and analytics, to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and performance.
  
  

• 1+ years of managerial experience in a performance marketing or user acquisition role.
• Proven track record in leading successful performance marketing campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• In-depth understanding of user acquisition funnels, customer behavior, and retention strategies.
• Experience working in or with product companies, with knowledge of growth strategies tailored to tech-based products.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (BI, Google Analytics, etc.), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
