Channel Sales Manager - EMEA

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive and expand our partner network across EMEA. This role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships, building a channel-based sales strategy, and leading business initiatives to accelerate growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and MSSPs across EMEA region.
• Expand and manage the partner network, including onboarding, training, and ongoing sales support.
• Build joint business plans with partners, including marketing campaigns and Go-To-Market activities.
• Own and achieve sales targets through channel partners.
• Negotiate and close partnership and distribution agreements.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.
• Track partner performance, analyze data, and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the European partner and distribution landscape.
• Proven experience in managing sales processes with distributors, MSSPs, and resellers.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to develop strategic partner initiatives and drive joint sales efforts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global partner programs and alliance management.
• Strong technical background or understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
