Hydrolite is seeking an experienced and talented researcher to join its research and development team.

Duties/Responsibilities

·        Research, analysis, and optimization of electrolyzer performance through a deep understanding of chemical and mechanical processes at the cell and large stack levels, including the design and execution of experiments to assess performance, reliability, and durability.

·        Improve the understanding of the effects of internal stress distribution, heat transfers and gas flow on performance and durability

·        Fabrication of electrodes, assembly and testing of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzers (small and large devices)

·        Prepare documentation, detailed instructions and protocols

Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Requirements and Work Experience:

·        High technical capability -must.

·        Hands-on experience and lab work - must

·        Familiarity with electrochemistry - advantage.

·        Familiarity with the field of fuel cells and electrolyzers - advantage.

·        Curiosity and quick learning ability.

·        Strong teamwork skills.

·        Execution of scale-up processes.

·        Optimization and mechanical understanding of large-scale electrolyzer cells.

·        Order, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Languages:

Hebrew.

English – an advantage.
