Description:

We are seeking an outstanding and skilled individual who can take our plan to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product, including planning, execution, team management, market analysis, and providing the right solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

Developing and managing a product from inception to launch.

Managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing teams.

Planning and analyzing the market, including competitive analysis and identifying customer needs.

Aligning with various stakeholders in the organization regarding the product vision and addressing the pain points they are trying to solve for customers.

Prioritizing tasks and features that need to be developed based on what is most important.

Defining goals and KPIs for the product and the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in product management in a tech company or startup.

Experience in fintech companies/banks is an advantage.

Ability to manage teams and drive them towards goals.

Ability to manage budget and timeline.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Ability to learn quickly and tackle challenges.

Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Extensive experience in UX/UI design and management.
