Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various platforms, from sourcing to onboarding.
Actively source and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines using our ATS (Comeet).
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech company.
Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach.
High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently.
