Human Resources Coordinator

Jewish National Fund-USA seeks to recruit a Human Resources Coordinator for its Israeli office.

The position is in Hod Hasharon, in the scope of a full-time position.

Job description:

• Full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, ongoing maintenance of published positions, screening and sorting resumes, conducting interviews, updating the recruitment system, etc.).
• Handling the entire employee lifecycle in the organization, from onboarding to termination (using an HR management system for employee onboarding, managing all relevant employment documents, filing in personal records, termination processes, etc.).
• Managing employee welfare, including planning and implementing team-building events, holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, holiday gifts, and more.
• Working with multiple stakeholders, including managers, employees, and candidates.
• Administrative tasks and payroll data preparation, including working with the SAP system to create work orders related to HR matters.
• Assisting in the preparation of training materials (including creating video tutorials using dedicated software).
• Supporting the daily tasks of the HR department and providing ongoing assistance to the HR Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Full proficiency in English – mandatory

At least two years of experience in the HR field – mandatory

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office

Technological orientation and ability to learn quickly

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Service-oriented approach, initiative, and creativity

Ability to prioritize tasks
