Field Service Responsible

Job Description: The Company is seeking a Field Service Responsible for a new Biogas Power Plant in Israel. Field Service Responsible will be responsible for conducting installation supervising, commissoning services, field service, maintenance, troubleshooting activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Service Management of Gas Engines, Gas Treatment System and Auxillary Units:

• Sustaining the Power Plant in running condition with highest feasibility and maximum efficiency
• Plan and implement periodic maintenance and repair activities of all system components (such as gas engines, biogas treatment, pumps, coolers, filters, etc.)
• Work in coordination with the Company Service Coordinator to fulfill the terms of the Service Maintenance Agreement
• Develop emergency plans for unexpected breakdowns.
• Working with the site technical team and supervising them for the jobs.
• Performing the jobs in accordance with service contract and coordinate with third-party service providers/subcontractors.
• Following and archieving of all service activities.

Operations and Management:

• Oversee daily plant operations and perform efficiency analyses.
• Improve operational processes to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Reporting and Communication:

• Provide regular reports to Service Coordinator and Management in the Company Head Quarters.
• Cooperating with the Company field Service Team for maintenance, service & troubleshooting activities.
• Manage internal and external communication processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Technician or Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, or related fields;
• Experience: At least 5-10 years maintenance and operations.
• Technical Aptitude: Technically strong hand skills, Experience in assembly – disassembly abilities.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience in maintenance and service works in Power Plant Operations and /or diesel/gas engine.
• Language: Fluent in Turkish and Hebrew; English is a plus.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and planning abilities.
• Driving Licence: B class – active driver.
• Green Passport Owner or Citizen of a EU Country.
