Human Resources Coordinator

Leket Israel, an organization dedicated to rescuing surplus food and distributing it to those in need, is looking for an HR Coordinator!

• Provide ongoing support and consultation to the organization's managers on HR matters.
• Retain and develop human capital within the organization by creating defined programs in collaboration with the managers, aligned with the organization's goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes while offering holistic and supportive solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR and welfare processes according to work plans and an annual gantt chart.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education.
• Management of HR processes in medium-sized companies/NGOs (organizational development, recruitment, and employee retention processes) - at least two years.
• Providing support and consultation to managers and employees - at least two years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Initiative and proactive attitude.
• Systemic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
