Influencer Marketing Manager

Lumen is a B2C startup that developed a device that produces nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on scientific metabolic measurements. Lumen is on a mission to make people metabolically healthier, allowing them to understand the impact of their lifestyle on their bodies and achieve their goals.

We are looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager, to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies and management.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will help grow Lumen's affiliates community and maintain relationships with our new and current affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies
• Identify and build relationships with prominent affiliates and thought leaders
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to affiliates campaigns
• Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, and affiliates
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.

What we’re looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
• Working with the US market - Must
• A minimum of 2 years of previous work with affiliates is a must
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (High proficiency in English is a must)
• Well-organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and adopt on a daily basis
• Knowledge and experience with nutrition/metabolism/health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must).
