We’re seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position in Haifa.

Job Description

Managing procurement processes: Tracking orders, working with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery conditions.

Logistics responsibility: Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes.

Excel: Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations.

PowerPoint: Creating high-level professional presentations.

English: Fluent writing and speaking in English.

Collaboration: Working with various teams within the organization to improve processes and maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) - mandatory.
• Full proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create high-quality presentations – mandatory.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in procurement/logistics roles – a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
