What you'll do:

• Uncover Opportunities: Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B customers, learning how to spot the next big deal.
• Connect and Engage: Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media, sparking conversations and understanding their needs.
• Qualify Leads: Determine which prospects are a good fit for our services and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Manage the Pipeline: Keep track of all your activities and interactions in our CRM system, staying organized and efficient.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute winning strategies.
• Make an Impact: Provide feedback to marketing and help us refine our products and messaging.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar BDR/SDR role (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Excellent English skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo) is a plus.
