About the Company:

A dynamic intimate and activewear apparel Development & Production Company, working with international brands, located in Hasharon area,

seeking an Account Manager for leading fashion clients.

We are looking for a team player to join our family, with the drive and motivation to grow and develop both personally and professionally with the company.

Role Overview:

Manage the end-to-end development and production process:

• Oversee sample collections and production timelines.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams on innovative seamless solutions.
• Ensure all styles meet development deadlines.
• Handle production documentation (POs, invoices, shipping).
• Maintain daily communication with manufacturers and clients.
• Manage product costing, payments, and follow-ups.
• Identify growth opportunities and enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• High-level English
• Experience with global clients – an advantage.
• Flexibility to work across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
