We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager. This individual will be instrumental in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our product and Geo expansions, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to plan and drive successful go-to-market initiatives, shape compelling product messaging, develop strategic marketing campaigns and materials
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for products and offering, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
- Craft and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities, providing insights to guide product positioning and marketing strategies
- Define and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies to tailor product and go-to-market efforts effectively, driving user acquisition and retention
- Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions, articulating fine-tunings along the sales funnel to create a holistic buying journey
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product leadership teams to ensure alignment, success, and achievement of product goals
- Constantly gather feedback from stakeholders and customers to optimize the sales funnel and drive new business
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a B2C Product Marketing Manager (SaaS experience is an advantage)
- Proven track record in optimizing and growing B2C sales funnels, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth Followers
- Experience in crafting product messaging, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and executing go-to-market initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market analysis, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills · Knowledge of the financial world is an advantage, particularly in online trading
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
