Ship4wd is a digital-first freight forwarder powered by ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. designed to empower small and midsize businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. and Canada.

We simplify global trade by providing an intuitive, technology-driven platform that transforms shipping from a burden into a business advantage.

This role is at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success—ensuring that SMBs understand how Ship4wd can streamline their global logistics, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong storytelling abilities, and a passion for simplifying complex topics like international shipping, customs, and supply chains for non-experts.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Positioning & Messaging.

• Develop clear and compelling product positioning that highlights Ship4wd’s digital-first

approach a nd value for SMBs.

• Craft customer-centric messaging that simplifies logistics and freight forwarding concepts.

• Conduct competitor analysis to refine differentiation strategies in the freight forwarding industry.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution.

• Lead launch strategies for new features and product updates, ensuring internal teams are aligned.

• Create marketing campaigns and content that educate SMBs on how to optimize their shipping operations.

3. Sales Enablement & Demand Generation.

• Equip sales and customer success teams with playbooks, training materials, and product collateral.

• Support lead nurturing efforts through case studies, landing pages, and educational webinars.

• Collaborate with the growth marketing team on content strategies for paid and organic channels.

4. Market Research & Customer Insights.

• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.

•Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive shifts in global shipping.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing initiatives.

• Native or fluent English (written and verbal); Hebrew is a plus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.

• Strong ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Tableau) - MUST

• Experience executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features or product launches.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, and sales teams.

• Native or fluent English (written and verbal); Hebrew is a plus.
