Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Cover – with Option for Permanent Position)

Airobotics is an international startup based in Petah Tikva that has been developing and operating advanced unmanned aerial systems (drones) for over a decade.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a significant role during a maternity leave period, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Show & Event Management – Full-cycle planning and participation in global exhibitions, including logistics, coordination with vendors, production of marketing materials, booth setup, and branding
• Marketing Material Management – Planning and producing print and digital marketing assets such as brochures, website content, media kits, gadgets, and more
• Supplier Coordination & Logistics – Searching, selecting, and managing suppliers for various marketing productions and projects
• Social Media Management – Content planning, writing and publishing, running campaigns across relevant platforms
• CRM Management – Working with customer relationship management and marketing automation systems

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing - a must
• Native-level English – a must
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing – a must
• Experience in trade shows and event production – an advantage
• Ability to understand complex technological systems – an advantage
• A proactive, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow through and implement solutions as needed
• Candidates with a technical understanding and approach to content creation for technology products, as well as experience in technical writing – a huge advantage

This is a full-time, on-site position with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role upon completion of the maternity leave coverage.
