Role Description

We’re looking for a Freelance HubSpot Automation & Email Marketing Specialist to help craft and optimize automated follow-up sequences, nurturing campaigns, and newsletters for our clients. If you have experience in HubSpot, love automation, and know how to write engaging email sequences that drive conversions—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Automated Sequences & Nurturing Campaigns: Build, optimize, and manage automated follow-up sequences and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot.

✅ Newsletter Creation & Optimization: Design engaging, conversion-focused newsletters and implement strategies to boost email engagement.

✅ A/B Testing & Performance Tracking: Analyze key email metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and continuously optimize sequences for better performance.

✅ CRM & Workflow Automation: Use HubSpot automation, workflows, and integrations to enhance sales and marketing processes.

✅ Lead Segmentation & Targeting: Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize communication and improve engagement.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the team to align email strategies with broader sales and marketing goals, providing insights and reporting on performance.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in HubSpot (must-have) – You know your way around sequences, workflows, and lead nurturing automation.

✔ Email Marketing Expertise – Strong experience in crafting high-converting email sequences, newsletters, and nurturing campaigns.

✔ Automation & CRM Proficiency – Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.

✔ Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

✔ Strong Copywriting Skills – You can write clear, engaging, and persuasive emails that convert.

✔ Freelance & Remote Work Experience – Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client projects.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

🔹 Experience with Salesforce, Pipl, Instantly, Clay, or similar tools.

🔹 Familiarity with lead generation and outbound sales strategies.

🔹 Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and sales automation.
