Role Overview:

As a BI Team Lead, you will dive into the fascinating world of clinical data, contributing to cross-organizational projects within the leading medical field. You will guide a team of 4-6 BI analysts/developers, managing end-to-end projects while shaping team work plans within our data unit. You will also spearhead the technological implementation of data solutions and the transition to cloud technologies. This is a unique chance to collaborate with parallel teams and senior executives in a stable yet innovative environment.

Salary: 22-23K NIS

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams and senior managers.

- Drive technological advancements with creativity and agility.

- Oversee the adoption and integration of new cloud technologies.

- Engage with Microsoft environments and ETL/ELT tools.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in BI and DWH development, including ETL tools.

- Proven experience in DWH modeling and end-to-end data projects.

- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PBI, SSIS, SSRS is highly advantageous.

- Experience or understanding of AI applications (pipeline building, model selection) is a strong asset.

- Cloud environment experience is a significant advantage.
