OPEX Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated OPEX engineer to join the team and help us increase efficiency and implement a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost savings Projects management – planning, ROI, implementation and monitoring
2. Implement OpEx tools (VSM, OEE, 5S, Gemba walks, Problem Solving and more)
3. Monitor and analyze organization's KPIs and reports
4. Improve cross functional processes and routines
5. Perform current state analysis, build improvement plan and support implementation
6.  Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and support solution implementation
7. Perform OpEx trainings

Required Qualifications:

• BSc industrial engineering or Other Eng. degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position leading and implementing Continuous Improvement processes and projects in production companies
• Project management experience - advantage
• Experience in medical device/highly regulated production companies - advantage
• Technical background – advantage
