With our proprietary DSP (lightad.com), we excel in CPM, CPI, CPA, and CPR models, helping app developers and mobile marketers achieve their growth goals. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and lead the charge in growing our business with app developers, gaming companies, and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage high-value partnerships with mobile app developers, gaming companies, and advertisers to drive impactful campaigns using our agency and DSP.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with app developers, advertisers, and media buyers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (media buying, operations, and tech) to optimize campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with trends in mobile marketing, ad tech, and competitor strategies.
- Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in mobile marketing, digital advertising, or ad tech.
- Proven success in managing app marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR models preferred).
- Deep understanding of mobile DSPs, user acquisition strategies, and in-app traffic.
- Fluent in English (native or highly proficient).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Independent and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
Bonus Points:
- An existing network of app developers, advertisers, or UA managers.
- Experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, or mobile ad networks.
- Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.
