Full-time position Replacement for Maternity Leave
We’re looking for an HR & Operations Manager to help keep TinyTap an incredible place to work! This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role that combines HR leadership, office management, and employee experience into one. You’ll be at the heart of our team, overseeing everything from HR processes and company benefits (including options grants) to office operations and workplace culture—all to ensure a happy, productive, and engaging environment for our amazing team. 📍 This is a temporary, one-year position covering maternity leave.
📍 We’re based in Tel Aviv, right next to the Hashalom Train Station, and operate on a hybrid work model for flexibility and balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- E2E HR Management – Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding,offboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure a positive and engaging experience at every stage.
- Strategic HR Leadership – Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership to support business growth.
- Employee Engagement & Well-being – Lead initiatives focused on professional development, performance management, rewards, and employee well-being to create a thriving workplace.
- Compensation, Benefits & Compliance – Manage payroll administration, company benefits, options grants, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in collaboration with finance and legal external teams.
- Manage the Office and Welfare Manager, overseeing office administration, vendor relationships, and welfare initiatives to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handle E2E hiring processes, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews, recommendations, and contract preparation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage relationships with external service providers: lawyers, accountants, insurance, etc.
This role is a blend of HR leadership, employee experience, and operational excellence, playing a key part in fostering a productive and positive workplace.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager in the industry.
- Excellent communication in Hebrew and English- A Must.
- Good Interpersonal skills and Communication skills- Must be a people person!
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- In-depth understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
- Highly responsible, organized, and empathetic – Attuned to people’s needs and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience managing employee equity plans.
- A proactive, hands-on approach – Someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
- Previous experience in startup companies – An advantage.
