Kayhut is looking for a talented and motivated recruitment manager to join our unique HR team as a replacement for maternity leave.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, in-depth interviews, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive tailored recruitment strategies.
• To attract top talent, utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, social networks, employee referrals, and more).
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and implement creative recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
