Medical Online, a leading medical marketing company, is looking for a highly skilled PPC & performance marketing expert with at least 1 year of experience in campaign management. This role focuses on paid advertising while requiring a basic SEO and social media understanding. The ideal candidate will also work on marketing automation using Zapier and Make, develop strategic marketing plans for clients, and collaborate closely with different departments to maximize client marketing materials and assets.

💡 The role includes managing campaigns across multiple platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), news website advertising (Taboola & Outbrain), and TikTok Ads.

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and TikTok Ads

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI tools

• Conduct A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, and performance reporting

• Develop automated marketing workflows using Zapier and Make to improve efficiency

• Build strategic marketing plans tailored to client needs and business goals

• Work closely with internal departments to enhance and align client marketing materials

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads & Meta Ads required)

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data-driven optimizations

• Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar marketing automation tools – an advantage

• Basic SEO and social media marketing knowledge – but PPC is your main focus!

• Experience in B2C industries & B2B – healthcare/medical experience is a plus

• Experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and TikTok Ads

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for paid media
