Backend Team Lead

We are now hiring a Backend Team Leader to lead and mentor the system/backend software team to accomplish its goals while maintaining a professional work methodology. The team leader will be working in collaboration with other team leaders and team members on requirements, design, and development of the company solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, motivate, and hire team members to meet required goals with success.
• Plan and execute the software work plan from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with other teams and lead the integration and release process.
• Maintain high standards of software development by establishing good practices and workflows.
• 50% hands-on feature design, review, integration, and debugging.
  
  

• BSc. in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in management of software development teams.
• 7 years of experience in Backend/System development of complex systems.
• Highly proficient in modern programming languages - Python is a must.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing automation tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
  

• Specific Technologies – Ansible, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, MongoDB.
• Experience in projects that include Algorithms and ML.
• Experience with in C++
• Experience with HPC/Cuda
