Product Manager

A high-tech company develops an AI-driven platform for IT professionals, revolutionizing their workflow and enabling them to operate 10 times more efficiently. The platform provides IT technicians with remote management, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities for various computing needs, all through an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Over the past two years, the company has experienced significant growth and enhanced the AI capabilities of its product.

Located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week and has approximately 265 employees, almost all based in Israel.

Founded a decade ago, the company raised $100 million in 2021 and serves over 11,000 customers across 105+ countries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a squad, consisting of cross-functional team members, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to drive product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market analysis, and internal stakeholders’ input.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring product success and adoption.
• Work closely and collaborate with the engineering, design, product analyst, customer success, marketing and research teams.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, from a technical product in a SaaS environment
• Hands on experience in AI/ML domains- advantage
• Background as an R&D engineer or equivalent roles
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
