Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will guide product strategy, drive product marketing, and manage the complete product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Product Marketing & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competition, and new opportunities.
• Develop positioning strategies that differentiate our offerings in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Customer Research & Discovery
• Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points and gather requirements.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights to guide product direction.
• Roadmap, Vision, & Goals
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Create and articulate a clear product vision, along with measurable success metrics.
• Feature Creation, Specs, & Requirements
• Translate customer and market insights into well-defined product features and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and operations—to bring features to life.
• Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement
• Collect feedback throughout the product lifecycle and drive iterative improvements.
• Plan and execute beta programs, A/B tests, and other user feedback initiatives.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Leverage tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar to analyze product performance and user behavior.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Product Management Experience
• Proven track record in defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and delivering successful products.
• Product Analysis & BI Expertise
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Hotjar.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Cybersecurity Background
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, challenges, and industry best practices.
• Engineering Background (Advantage)
• Experience or strong understanding of software development processes.
• Technical fluency to discuss and evaluate trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
