Product Quality Assurance Manager

About the Company

A leading manufacturing company in the south of Israel is looking for an experienced QA Product professional to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

. Conduct professional reviews of procedures, work instructions, production, and packaging guidelines.

. Develop protocols and reports, validate cleaning processes, and manage coordination with internal departments.

. Define and execute an Annual Product Review plan, including data analysis and report writing.

. Handle product exceptions and manage risk assessment documentation.

. Support the implementation of change controls and CAPAs for products and materials.

. Participate in external customer and regulatory audits.

. Manage customer complaints and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

Requirements:

. Education: B.Sc. in Science, Medical Laboratory, or Chemical Engineering.

. Experience in a GMP environment – mandatory.

. Strong knowledge of quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry – advantage.

. Ability to analyze data and write detailed reports.

. High-level English (reading & writing) – mandatory.
