recruit an Operations Manager for a Training Center (Foreign Passport
Required) for relocation.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the training center,
including scheduling, facility management, and adherence to safety and
quality standards.
Implementing and improving operational workflows to ensure efficiency
and alignment with organizational goals.
Instructor Management:
Leading and managing a team of instructors, including providing
guidance, mentoring, and support.
Developing training schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring
instructor readiness.
Monitoring and evaluating instructor performance while offering
feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
Program Execution:
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training
programs.
Maintaining high standards in training delivery through continuous
improvement initiatives.
Budget and Resource Management:
Developing and managing budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
Overseeing procurement and inventory management to support
operational needs.
Customer Satisfaction:
Acting as the primary point of contact for training participants,
addressing issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Continuously assessing and improving the quality of training services
provided.
Requirements:
Academic degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree – an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in operational management, with
preference for experience in training, education, or similar
environments.
Proven experience managing teams, including recruitment, training, and
performance management.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management.
