Information Technology Team Lead

Intensity Global is looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and manage the IT system team.

As IT Team Leader you will provide guidance, mentorship, and support, manage and monitor endpoint, server, and storage infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), including Office 365 administration, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven 4 years experience in a leadership role as IT systems/Devops Team Lead
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in project management and tech integration.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with: VMware vSphere installation, management, design and implementation, Windows servers, and various Linux distributions.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with managing, maintaining and monitoring a Microsoft server infrastructure, including services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP
• Hands-on experience with storage devices NAS/SAN: NetApp, QNAP, FreeNAS
• Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS Cloud, including launching and managing EC2 instances, configuring VPC, working with AMI’s and administering S3 Storage
