Development Manager at Compie Technologies
We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to lead our rapidly growing division of over 50 team members. This role offers the opportunity to manage a business unit, oversee delivery, and drive continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business unit (P&L, goals, employee management).
- Oversee delivery with internal teams, project managers, and clients.
- Coordinate resources, work distribution, and processes.
- Improve development and security processes.
- Collaborate with sales, recruitment, OS teams, and architects.
- Develop leadership within the team and align them with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience managing 20+ people.
- 5+ years of experience leading development projects and hands-on development.
- Strong business mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
