IT Support Engineer

About the Role

This position involves resolving technical and cybersecurity challenges, maintaining hardware and software systems, and enhancing IT infrastructure. As the go-to person for IT support, you’ll directly impact the company’s success by ensuring seamless operations across our technological landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Manage endpoints: install and configure software, operating systems, patches, and policies.
• Administer ticketing platforms to streamline issue resolution.
• Oversee endpoint security management and monitoring.
• Handle identity management using Azure AD and JumpCloud, including SSO, conditional access, and identity protection solutions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure reliability.
• Deploy software products across corporate and product assets.
• Provide comprehensive technical support across the company.
• Test and implement new technologies to improve operations.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field – preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT support or IT systems specialist.
• Expertise in computer hardware, software, and networks, including:
• * Windows, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu focus)
• * Supporting and managing iOS, Android devices
• * Apple Business Management
• JumpCloud, Azure Active Directory, Office 365
• * SDNs/SASE and Zero-Trust connectivity
• * Experience documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with scripting and deployment tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GitHub Workflows and CI/CD using Actions.
• Maintain IT cloud infrastructure and develop scripts to automate deployments and processes.
