Senior Data Analyst

Tperson is looking for a Data Specialist eager to make an impact through data.

In this role, you will define and measure KPIs, analyze data, answer business questions, build dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making - leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets (SQL)
• Data Visualization: build custom and ad-hoc reports / dashboards
• Answer business questions using data
• Define data requirements
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and automate tasks
• Conduct tests
• Measure performance

Position Requirements: 

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data
• Great understanding of business
• 3-5 year of data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Bachelor degree in a highly quantitative field (such as mathematics, statistics or engineering) - an advantage
• Programming skills – an advantage 
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, DataRobot, or other AI-enhanced analytics tools) to optimize workflows and insights.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills
• High level of English proficiency
