Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Israel for a Voice Bot QA & Process Analyst at Milgam Ltd. The role involves conducting quality assurance, quality control, manual testing, and developing test cases for voice bot processes and systems on a daily basis.
Qualifications
*BSC in Computer Science/Information Systems/Industry and Management -Must!
*1+ Years of experience as a QA engineer- Must!
*Experience with JAVASCRIPT -advantage
*Proven ability in creating effective Test Cases
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
