Scientific and Customer Success Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time Scientific and Customer Success Specialist role located on-site in Raanana. The Specialist will be responsible for scientific support, customer success activities, and ensuring the efficient operation .

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree (PhD, MSc or equivalent) in Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (high proficiency is a must).
• Proven experience in scientific research, with a focus on physiological data and clinical trials.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, etc.).
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and managing complex research projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in clinical trial design and management. Familiarity with biomedical sensors and technologies used for physiological data collection..
