HRBP

A leading global organization in the Bik'at Ono area is looking for an HRBP Coordinator.

The role includes creating tailored work plans for branches, handling recruitment processes, training, building and guiding management training programs, monitoring compensation and benefits, handling employee relations, supporting management teams, employee development, and more.

The role involves fieldwork and requires travel to the branches.

Salary: Competitive + company car.

Full-time position: 8.40 hours + availability for overtime.

Permanent employment with the organization.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – required.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role – required.
• Knowledge and experience in HR, labor law, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development – required.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel between branches for fieldwork.
