Chief of Staff | Investment Firm

A leading investment firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 1-2 years of experience post-internship to serve as Chief of Staff. This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, support strategic decision-making, and drive cross-organizational initiatives.

• Assist the CEO in executing strategic objectives and overseeing key initiatives.
• Coordinate and align activities between departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze financial documents and agreements, providing summaries and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive discussions.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 1-2 years of experience post-internship.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Experience in financial analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and manage high-level projects.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Significant advantage for candidates with experience in an economic/financial department at a Big 4 accounting firm.
