Join our dynamic team as a B2B Salesperson in the Investors Department!
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our real estate investment team. This role involves working with investors, agents, and companies to sell off-market properties—both from within the company and through joint ventures. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, negotiating deals, and maximizing transaction value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily briefings with the team to align on priorities, updates, and sales opportunities.
- Engage with investors through professional sales calls, understanding their financial goals and investment strategies.
- Analyze and present property investment opportunities, ensuring buyers have all necessary details to make informed decisions.
- Drive negotiations to maximize deal value and facilitate successful transactions.
- Maintain and update customer interactions in CRM systems for seamless follow-ups and client management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the investor experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven professionals with at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales—experience in real estate or investments is a plus.
- Hunter & Farmer sales mentality—proactively identifying new opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with investors.
- Exceptional communication skills in English—both written and spoken (native or near-native level).
- Negotiation and persuasion skills—ability to tailor conversations to different investor profiles.
- Experience with CRM systems and ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume transactions and multitasking effectively.

Work Environment & Training:
- Hybrid work model with both in-office and remote work options.

- Shadowing senior representatives to gain hands-on experience before independently managing clients.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday/Saturday, hybrid model.
- Work from home on Tuesday and Friday/ Saturday.
- Hours: 16:00-01:00 (adjusted to US market hours).
