As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy, messaging, and go-to-market efforts for our cutting-edge solutions, driving success and growth across multiple markets.
As part of your role, you will:
Conduct Market Research
- Perform in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Regularly update the company on key market insights and opportunities to differentiate Pixellot’s offerings.
- Define customer personas and create tailored value propositions that highlight the technical advantages of Pixellot’s solutions.
Develop Product Expertise
- Understand Pixellot’s products and technical capabilities by collaborating with product and pre-sales teams.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform feature enhancements and product development priorities.
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft compelling product positioning that highlights technical benefits for different customer segments, including broadcasters, sports organizations, and educational platforms.
- Translate complex technical features into clear, value-driven messaging for marketing and sales materials.
- Develop messaging strategies for product launches to resonate with target audiences.
Sales Enablement
- Create impactful sales materials such as product presentations, competitive analyses, and feature demos.
- Train sales teams on product updates, positioning, and messaging to ensure alignment.
- Maintain the sales portal with updated resources to support sales activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, customer success, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Act as the key marketing liaison for product-related initiatives, ensuring consistent execution across teams.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, ensuring seamless alignment across departments.
- Develop resources such as product guides, case studies, and data sheets to support successful launches.
- Continuously refine and innovate go-to-market strategies to maximize product impact.
You should bring with you:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing for a SaaS or D2C company (Must).
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- As the U.S. is our key market, we are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of the U.S. youth sports landscape, whether through personal experience or professional involvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Proven experience in creating sales enablement materials and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong proficiency in video editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop. etc.) is required to create high-quality marketing assets.
- A passion for sports and technology is highly desirable.
