We seek a Junior Product Marketing Operations Manager with a hands-on approach and capabilities of context-switching. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse environment and enjoys executing multiple projects at once.
As our Junior Product Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives across multiple domains. Your responsibilities will dynamically adapt to our company's evolving strategic priorities, including:
- Event execution: Liaise with conference organizers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless logistics.
- Content creation and distribution: Update and maintain content on our website and social media, ensuring the timely publication of case studies, blog posts, and occasionally our product glossary for our B2B audience.
- Digital assets and online visibility: Manage user acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google ads, etc.
- Partnerships: Coordinate and maintain relationships with partners to host webinars, events, and cross-posting.
- Sales enablement: Update media kits, sales presentations, and client-specific creative assets.
- Product Support: Provide ad-hoc support and collaborate with external design and R&D resources. Contribute to new feature ideation, design coordination, development coordination, QA processes, and overall support.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing operations/ project management/ digital marketing.
- Near-Native proficiency level in English.
- Highest levels of accountability, drive, solving problems proactively and achieving outcomes.
- Proven high-level ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively and push forward.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability - willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Experience in mobile marketing / UA / gaming - a major plus
