Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at Berejik Engineering Ltd in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Secretary will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing documents, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and greeting visitors. The role may also involve data entry, managing calls, and assisting with office tasks as needed. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
