Job Description:

Join us in a key role at the company's headquarters, where you will act as both a business partner and executor of HR processes.

OPC is Israel's first private electricity company, specializing in power generation and supply with a focus on energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions.

This dynamic and challenging position combines strategic leadership in HR processes with close managerial support.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, training and development, and employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing consultation and support to managers at all levels and employee.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from defining needs with managers to onboarding and orientation.
• Develop training and development programs to meet business unit needs, including professional development and career path creation.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee well-being and the employer brand.
• Partner in performance evaluation processes, employee development, and building programs to improve employee experience.
• Identify ongoing organizational needs and propose innovative solutions to promote business and personal growth.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or in similar roles – Must.
• Proven experience in supporting managers at different levels.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Background in developing training and orientation programs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Proven track record in organizational development and implementing cross-company projects.
• Excellent communication skills, process-oriented thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to handle simple daily tasks alongside deep and complex processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
